Weekly family meal plan spring 2016 - What I would cook on a basic work week. FOOD FRIDAY

Monday

 Mixed vegetable rice
served with chargrilled chicken breast.



 Tuesday

Lasagne
served with side salad and onion rings.




Wednesday

Carbonara tagliatelle
with smoked bacon and sweet leek
served with chargrilled chicken breast. 




Thursday

 Jambalaya
with chorizo, peppers, onions & chicken.
Served with prawn crackers.




Friday

Spaghetti Bolognaise
served with all butter garlic bread.



Saturday

 Steak burgers
with red onion and vintage cheddar
served on toasted Brioche buns.
complete with a side on beer battered onion rings.


 
 Sunday

Roast Lamb
served with roast potatoes, honey carrots, broccoli
stuffing and yorkshire puddings.
