6 little things I want to do this year! 2016 goals

1) Get swimming again and enjoy the water.

Not only is this fantastic for your health but its also great for stress and anxiety too. I have alwasy felt to calm in the water and I cant wait to re-connect.

2) Go camping for a long weekend.

This is something I have always wanted to do and never got round to doing.
A weekend camping, roasting marshmallows and telling stories around a campfire.

3) Put myself first.

I have spent my whole life putting everyone elses needs before my own. This year I am
getting selfish, and I love it.

4)  Pay for Christmas in advance.
Pay a little towards it each month so when it does come round, I will have £££ to spend in the sales on myself boxing day, guilt free.

5) Start a savings tin
Crack it open once its full and buy something beautiful for myself.

6) Give money to charity often
I have a few I support, This month it was for local rescue cats.

Bath bombs by bomb cosmetics - My wishlist

About Bomb Cosmetics
Bomb Cosmetics was established over 17 years ago & started life on the South coast of England.
They carefully source the best ingredients, natural butters and pure essential oils, and minimise the packaging as much as possible to ensure othese little luxuries don’t hurt the planet, and only nourish and care for your skin.

These are all priced around £2.20 per bath bomb and are all beautiful summer colours and scents.
I plan on getting my mitts on these before the hot weather comes as they will be perfect for evenings in.
Also, I want these and lush bars all dotted round in glass bell jars.

Dont they just look scrummy!?!

End of the month treats March 2016

So March has come to an end, and for me, this mean payday and time to go shopping!

So I set myself a budget, (that I havent yet hit so expect a similar blog post soon!) I dont feel entirely comfortable revealing that on here just yet, but I will be doing a few financial blogs soon.

Now I totally understand not everyone has loads of disposable income, and this might all seem a bit much for just a "little treat" at the end of the month.
There is also the other side of the coin, where this seems like pennies to some... So I am sure you understand why I dont feel entirely comfortable talking too in depth for now.
(All you need to know Is I have to work hard for this money and have no reason not to enjoy it.)

So, lets start with

 LUSH

Now I love this store. I love everything about it. The smells, the colours, the ethics...everything. For a long while now I have been buying bath bombs and I adore them! But they are only good for one use unfortunately, so lately I have been more into bubble bars.
Bubble bars cost between £2.50 - £4.50 and can be used for around 3 baths per bomb. What you are left with is a magical coloured bath that you can enjoy over and over again.

So this this time, I thought I would just spend £20 (inlcuding shipping) and get a little bundle to enjoy.
Here is what I got for my money - bare in mind there is around 15 baths worth here :)
(I got 2 of the pink ones with the flower!)

Arent they just so cute? I cannot wait for them to get here! Shouldnt be too long now.

Now, moving on to

Annabelles Wigs

I have known about this website a long time due to the popular facebook page. So many young women every week are sending in selfies of them changing up their looks with Annabelle wigs they have bought. I thought it would be really fun to grab one in a natural dark blonde that was fairly long and curly. I found this one on the website called "Honesty" and costs £28.49 plus shipping.

To get rid of any shine I will have the dry shampoo on hand :)

I got 10% off thanks to a coupon I saw on the facebook page. So all in all it worked out about £28 in total including shipping costs. They are a UK based company so my beautiful blonde locks should be here any day.

I am not 100% sure why I ordered it if im honest, It just looked pretty fun.

Mermaid Goodies from
Amazon

I fancied a few mermaid tops and accessories to brighten up my summer wardrobe, greens & blues are where its all at in my world at the moment. Here are a few things I bought from Amazon to enjoy. Id love to pair these with black denim shorts or even under dungarees.

So I have to admit I am rather in love with them. They are basic and casual for everyday wear. The saying on the bag really did it for me.
This all cost £41 :) I was expecting it to be about £70 so I thought it was all a steal.

Mermaid hair, dont care.
Barrel Waver

From Ebay but can be bought in Argos and most hair supply places.

Costing £30 this little baby gives you mermaid hair. I am not even joking. Beautiful beachy waves that last 3 days when done properly.
Just simply clamp your hair in and repeat over the whole head.
Thsi can take 2 hours if you have long hair, so not for the faint hearted or those who dont like to spend a lot of tiem on themselves. Luckily, I have all the time I want outside work to take time trying out new styles with this, Im really looking forward to getting that beach look everyday!

Summer summer summer summer!!!!

Wardrobe staples
eBay

Found these on ebay from various sellers. I needed a pair of leggings in a colour other than the usual black, So I got a pair of dark grey ones, which I think I will love.
A new cardigan. Now again, I always go for black or while in my clothing, but decided to vamp it up a bit with a mustard yellow. I think this will go really nice with my dark locks of hair for a casual work day or errands around town.
My jeggings have seen better days and realised im down to one pair, so decided to pick up another in a slightly righter blue. These are just so great for throwing on in the summer when you jsut want to nip out and meet friends of an iced smoothie in Costa/Starbucks.
Finally, I wanted a sunshine yellow summery top as I plan on getting my summer wardrobe started asap with staples. Again, trying to lean more into colour that darks.
All of these staples only came to £32.

I think if you buy a few things every month you never really need to go on a massive spree. I normally aim to buy something from every catagory each month (tops, bottoms, shoes, cardies) and it soon adds up.

Halo type hair extension ring
eBay

Now this was a bit of a splurge. I have foudn myself wanting some new extensions. Towards the end of last year I had some fitted in but found that unfortunately I was having trouble keeping them looking nice, dispite going careful with them. Me and clip ins just dont see eye to eye on a regular wear basis, so I decided to give a halo type ring a go. Mines in very darkest brown. It cost £70
This wieghs 120grams, I am not sure it will be thick enough but we shall see. I am thinning my hair anyway so I think they will look just fine. Looking forward to trying my waver out on this!

Real Techniques
Brushes and sponge set

Ive wanted these for a long time, but couldnt make my wind up between those, eco tools or mac brushes. Then a couple of weeks ago I went to a friends house and she had a couple her sister had given her and I realised after examining them that I needed these in my life, so I bought the set and blender to go with.
£26 all in all.

So thats my little spree for the month, I feel like ive doen very well for the money I had and there isnt much more I could like in all honesty.

Hope I havent banged on too much!
Until next time <3

Things that get me in the mood for summer! Part one

Summer is on the way! We are now the other side of Easter as I write this and as far as im concerned, its now time to start planning those BBQs and beach days with friends!

So I thought I would write a quick post and show you all some of the things Ive seen around that get me in the mood for summer time '16!

This is just part one, so here we go for now! ;)

Watermelon necklace, cheap and cheerful ebay goodie for just £3.50
I will certainly be getting one, makes my mouthwater just looking at it ;)

I am crazy about lip smackers... I am pretty sure I must be too old for them as I got my first ever one when i was like 14... (OMG 10 years ago!!! :O I am still 17 in my head :s )
But seriously, who wouldnt want one of these in your handbag?? I already have all the cola and fanta collection... need me some icecream ones in my life.

Strawberry Avon bodymist. I spray this on clothes, I spray this in my hair, I spray this round the room. This is just a sweet smell I cant understand why anyone wouldnt want this... And its avon so its super cheap. Why not.

Lush conditioner bars, if you dont own one get one. I use the white one and ist lasts forever. Its great for adding texture to flat roots. My hair styles so beautifully after using this. Your hair will look like you have spent a lazy sunset at the beach... Mermaid hair, dont care.

Already have the feast one but NEED to get my mitts on that Twister!! In the summer I often use scented lotions and butters over purfume anyway. I dont like anything overpowing in the heat.
Can you image smelling like a damn Twister ice lolly?!
